I’ve spent more than two decades building businesses, leading teams, and creating experiences that bring people together. My work has always lived at the intersection of creativity, operations, and human connection. But my path here was anything but linear. The most important lessons I’ve learned came during the seasons when everything fell apart.

A few years ago, I experienced a collapse that forced me to rebuild my life and my companies from the ground up. It was the kind of failure that strips away the identity you think you have and reveals who you really are. In the process of rebuilding, I realized something that changed everything: progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment. That’s where No Zero Days was born.

No Zero Days isn’t a hustle mantra. It’s a framework for living with purpose, especially when the path forward is messy, uncertain, or hard. It’s about aligning your actions with what matters most and understanding that even the smallest step forward can create meaningful change.

Today, I continue to rebuild and grow strong, profitable businesses. I advise leaders and founders navigating growth, change, and reinvention. I write and speak about the hidden gift of failure, and how it reshapes us into more resilient, thoughtful, and intentional versions of ourselves.

At my core, I’m a proud girl dad first. After that, I’m a creator, strategist, and student of the human experience. More than anything, I believe in forward motion.
